Homemade Ladyfinger and mascarpone… first time making them for tiramisu

I created for the first time both mascarpone and the ladyfingers from scratch. I followed the recipe of Chef Barbato for Mascarpone (who seems to come perfect but will be completely drained only tomorrow) and that of GialloZafferano for the ladyfingers.

As you can see, some ladyfingers did not come of the correct color (I took a photo of the most beautiful and a general photo to show the whole how they came). The problem is that the powder sugar has partially caramelized, probably my oven was too hot compared to that of GialloZafferano (different ovens are known to give different results). Next time I will try with a lower temperature. In any case they are delicious (even the not so correct one are good, they are not burned like I was thinking before) and I think they will still go well for tomorrow’s tiramisu (which will be small, just a test since it was the first time I did everything from scratch).
