Poblano plant started wilting and black spots started appearing. Unfortunately I took forever to try to treat it and started spreading all over the plant. Wondering if it’s bacterial leaf spot or due to a different cause. Not sure if it is worth pruning at this point but new baby leaves are starting to develop. Started spraying neem oil and moving it away from my other plants. All other plants are doing well

I don’t know what it is but it isn’t good. Just get rid of it so it doesn’t spread to other plants. Neem oil has some uses but mostly it’s just hype spread by hocus pocus gardners who want there to be a magic potion so neem won that title thanks to youtube charlatan garden channels. And neem certainly will not do anything for plant diseases.
