Wanted to clean up my used egg that was given to me and in the process make something simple in a few hours. After cleaning up all the grates at 600, I set the Smobot up at 210 and smoked some creme cheese.

OMG! So effing good. My wife was super hesitant on what I was doing with asking for some crème cheese. Then she tasted it. Now the only way we’ll ever make an appetizer. So easy and so good. We’ll probably add some smoke salmon to it next time for a crazy great dip.

Very impressed with the temp control on the Smobot. Much more consistent at a low temp compared to my Traeger.
