Wife and kids say to much pepper, just right for me. I'll have to find a happy medium between pepper and something a little sweeter. Going to try a mix of s&p and my brown sugar rub. Smoked on my WSM.

There can be a line when it comes to pepper. I have tried a bunch of different rubs but I found what I like the best is just plain seasoning salt. And when I do pull pork I will lightly sprinkle a little on the pulled meat.
