buffalo blue cheese baby back ribs take
off that membrane membrane gone hot
sauce going on there’s the binder cuso
spicy garlic Buffalo throw these on the
smoker 250 for about 2 hours face side
down here butter down honey down now
we’re going with that Buffalo we going
to braze these for about an hour 1 hour
of brazing later then we threw it in on
broil 2 minutes green onions you either
love it or hate it slice I’m addicted
the blue cheese now going with that
buffalo sauce drizzle back on top of the
ribs that crumbly blue green onions up
next one of my favorite strange
variations of ribs yet unbelievable it’s
literally like a buffalo wing but a rib
and as weird as that sounds it works
well
