I started a weight loss phase for weightlifting last week so preps are gonna be super simple for a little while.

Brown 2lbs ground beef in a pan, seasoned with Carolina bbq seasoning from Kroger.

Cook 1.25 cups of rice according to directions.

A 5 serving bag of frozen broccoli again heated according to directions.

Portion rice and broccoli, season with ranch popcorn seasoning.

Portion ground beef. Top with one serving of Ray’s sugar free bbq sauce. I usually use G Hughes but grabbed this instead this time.

5th one went in a bowl for later today after the gym.

Carrots and guacamole on the side.
