After getting roasted for buying this “overpriced piece of junk” kettle for $50 on here yesterday by internet strangers I figured I’d come on with my restore. I spent today degreasing, sanding, scraping, and re-seasoning this kettle. In my opinion if you can help decrease the amount of things that get sent to the landfill then why wouldn’t you? It turned out fabulous and I christened it with following Chud’s BBQ’s recipe for Crispy Skin Chicken.

You’re supposed to cook with the top vent wide open and control temperature with the bottom vent.
