Decided to smoke some thighs but make some wing sauce to top with instead of bbq. Would 100% do again.

Would 100% eat those, and drink all your beer and then pass out on your couch

Great idea. Wings are too much work for too little meat. Definitely doing this.

This is my absolute favorite chicken meal. So easy cheap and delicious. I like a baked potato and green beans with it. Might be dinner tomorrow

Nicely done. ☑️ show stopper chicken!

Forgot to post the sauce recipe so you all can make it too:
1 stick butter
12 oz. hot sauce of your choice (usually Franks, Louisiana, etc. Anything goes as long as it has the same consistency as Franks.)
12 oz. tomato sauce
+/- 4 dashes of Tabasco, adjust to your liking
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp light brown sugar
Bright to a slight boil then simmer for 2-3 hours
Chicken seasoned with Bolner’s Fiesta Chicken Rub and smoked at 325 for 1h20m. Cranked temp to 400 for 10 mins to crisp skin then sauce chicken and down to 250 for 10 mins to set sauce.
Sorry for the bad formatting – I’m on mobile.
