hey everybody it’s Kim and we’re back in
Kim’s kitchen and if you’ve been
following along with me your soup should
be all cooked also so hey I’m going to
add the cilantro oil and if you haven’t
already then put in
your uh fresh uh chopped cilantro so I’m
going to put in four um drops
one two
3 4 So This is highly concentrated
dotera cilantro oil and it is
um guaranteed pure pure therapeutic
grade cilantro oil so what that means is
that the
oil will be absorbed into the into the
um because of the grade and the high
quality of it the cilantro oil will be
absorbed into the food immediately
unlike having to cook uh fresh chopped
cilantro or other herbs uh dried herbs
this one is going to be absorbed
immediately so what I want to do is I
want to um and it I checked it out of
course everything’s all nicely cooked
and everything it’s just wonderful so
what I’m going to do is I’m going to put
myself a little bowl of this put a
couple Scoops in
it cuz I love this soup
and then I’m going to talk to you about
the nut nutritive value of this soup so
I’m also going to put a handful of um uh
spinach leaves inside the soup give it
an extra punch with a little extra
vegetables inside of it and then let’s
talk about the nutrition that’s inside
of this soup you’re not really going to
believe how much it’s packed with
nutrients and benefits for your health
in your body so first of all let’s look
at a cup of sweet potato Lots of
potassium in there it’s a healthy high
carb food vitamin D B6 protein magnesium
vitamin K dietary fiber no sugar vitamin
A let’s look at the lentils oh my
goodness half a cup of C lentils gives
you 12 grams of
protein right 32% of your recommended
daily amount of fiber full of fiber
again back to the folate the potassium
the iron the calcium let’s look at the
canned
tomatoes calcium iron pottassium lots of
fiber in there maganese no fat and it’s
again a high healthy carb food so adding
the fresh uh spinach leaves has added
more pottassium of course and other
um uh vitamins also how about the ginger
ginger is full of choline folate
potassium calcium ium fiber
phosphorus
magnesium vitamin C so again we’re just
packing the soup full of all kinds of
great things in it how about the
cinnamon cinnamon is Rich and highly
potent
polyphenol antioxidants so it helps
maintain your blood sugar it lowers your
blood sugar levels it protects against
heart disease reduces inflammation and
protects against cancer how about t
turmeric well we all heard about
turmeric lately haven’t we rich in um uh
body and brain uh
benefits medicinal properties to it
potent antioxidant lowers your risk of
high heart disease prevents cancer
prevents
Alzheimer’s and um just all these great
things inside of Ginger so while my soup
was cooking and while your soup is
cooking I recommend that you get online
and just ask ask your phone what’s the

you can read them for yourself and just
cannot believe how much you’re going to
benefit from everything inside this soup
so these um leaves have been sitting on
top for a few minutes so I’m just going
to stir them
in and melt them down so uh while the
soup is cooling off a little bit and
then I’m going to sit down and have some
dinner I’m hungry how about
you and so just know that you’re going
