My first cook on my new Weber. First time using charcoal, taste was 10/10, sear could have been better. I’m ready for lots of trial and error😁

    Charcoal puts out a ton of heat for great searing. Try grill baskets or something similar to concentrate the coals. This will also put them closer to the cooking grate, focusing the heat on your food more.
