I’m ngl i was skeptical but it was so bomb. Filling from the bread but still feels so fresh it doesn’t make me feel gross.

What is the spread you used?? This sounds like a good alternative to avocado toast for me (my SO just told me it might get more difficult to buy avocados in the near future due to farming issues in Mexico)
