you give it a little shake and it wakes

you pull that probe out you probe it
into the thickest part of the steak and
it’s going to give you a digital read

113° what does that mean I hear you ask
good question roll it on over and I’ve

be medium rare you’ve got to get it to
130 um which is right down if you want a
medium well you want it to get it 150

where it comes from first of all it is a
beautiful pristine environment those
Pharaoh Islands you’re getting it at its
absolute freshest right because we take
it out of the water and the same day we
Harvest and then of course we freeze it
and then send it directly to you I mean
have a look at where it comes from the
Pharaoh Islands are just so pristine
there’s not a car there’s not a boat
there’s not a house well of course
there’s a boat when you when you need it
to come over and take the fish out of
the water but what I’m saying is it’s
not polluted it’s a pristine gorgeous
environment and that’s exactly what this
salmon tastes like it’s not fishy in the
slightest it’s got a sweetness to it the
best thing of all is this is aquaculture
right so it’s the most sustainable way
that you can take fish out of the water
the the best part of that is you get to
control the entire cycle of the salmon
so we control the feed all natural no
GMOs at all in the feed and that’s very
important you really do need to know
where your food comes from and when it
comes from a place like the FOH Islands
you ensure that flavor and then let’s
talk freshness here for a moment because
when this fish is harvested we take it
out we we bone it we remove the skin and
of course then what we do is we cut the
center cut salmon and we flash freeze it
when you pick it up and take it out of
your freezer you’re bringing it back to
that Pinnacle of freshness now if you’re
buying something from a market it might
have been delivered to a distrib
distribution center you know it could be
four or 5 days before it even reaches
the Market if you if you’re buying it
fresh so buying it frozen is the
absolute best way cuz then you know that
is so you know what this is done the way

My Pan I want it to be about 350 you
never want it to be too hot oh look at
that it’s perfect we’re at 340 now if it
was at 400 of course I wouldn’t dare to
cook in it so I’m going to pop my thing
down my thermometer down and then I can
go ahead are those your shrimp I’ve
ordered those they’re delicious they’re
also delicious in your air fryer FYI I
love them in the air fryer so we’re
going to deep fry with those by the way
the kinetic thermometer you can also
look I just pulled out a roast chicken
again give it a little Shake just like
that that’ll wake it up and then go
ahead and probe into the thickest part
of that roast chicken now with poultry I
can tell you you need to cook it to
about 160 165 what are we at there 153
okay needs to go back in this is the
beauty of using the thermometer how do
we know what we need to cook it to cuz
we roll it on over and we’ve printed it
right here for you so when it comes to
poultry you’re looking for 165 we’re at
153 even though the chicken looks done
it’s not quite so it’s a really
important part of what we do when we
cook is we need to cook to the right all
the there’s I never cook a protein
without using the thermometer I’m going
to ask you CU you can’t tell from
looking drop that back in the oven cuz
it needs just a little bit longer you
can also by the way with Memorial Day
around the corner thanks Trace with

about all the fish and the chicken and
the steak that you’re going to be
