Sbriciolata di patate – basta schiacciare le patate per questa ricetta facile ed economica! RICETTA SEMPLICE PER LA CENA

Basta aggiungere la salsiccia alle patate! Ricetta semplice per cena! !Se vi piace il gateau di patate o pizza di patate amerete anche la sbriciolata di patate. Si chiama così perché le patate lesse vengono schiacciate e sbriciolate per creare un guscio che racchiuda svariati ripieni: formaggio, salsiccia, carne macinata, prosciutto o verdure. La sbriciolata viene cotta nel forno in modo da far formare sopra una bella crosticina croccante e all’interno un cuore morbido e filante. La sbriciolata di patate è buona calda ma anche fredda e quindi adatta ai pranzi da preparare in anticipo o pranzi fuori come la pizza rustica di ricotta e spinaci, la focaccia barese, le focaccine, il calzone di carne oppure il calzone di cipolle tradizionale pugliese.

INGREDIENTI SBRICIOLATA DI PATATE – teglia da 24 cm

4 patate – 800 gr
300 gr di salsiccia
150 gr di formaggio filante
50 gr Parmigiano reggiano
5 cucchiai di olio circa
40 gr di farina
Un rametto di rosmarino
40 gr di pangrattato
Mezza cipolla
30 ml di vino bianco
1 uovo
Sale
Pepe

PROCEDIMENTO DETTAGLIATO PER PREPARARE UN’OTTIMA SBRICIOLATA DI PATATE IN MANIERA SEMPLICE E VELOCE:

Far bollire le patate per 40 minuti
Un giro d’olio in padella e aggiungere la cipolla e il rametto di rosmarino, aggiungere la salsiccia
Aggiungere il vino bianco e appena è cotta la carne spegnere la fiamma
Appena le patate sono cotte si possono pelare e schiacciare
Condire con l’uovo, sale, pepe, tritare un po’ di rosmarino, farina, parmigiano reggiano ( lasciatevene un po’ da mettere in superficie), 2 cucchiai di olio. Mescolare tutto.
Spennellare la teglia con uovo e metterci il pangrattato
Mettere il composto in teglia formando una sorta di guscio: uno strato e un bordino per contenere salsiccia e formaggio
Togliere il rosmarino e mettere la salsiccia
Preriscaldare il forno a 200 gradi statico
Aggiungere le fettine di formaggio
Creare la superficie della sbriciolata di patate mettendo il composto come se fossero dei fiocchi di patate
Poi aggiungere parmigiano, pangrattato e olio
Infornare a 200 gradi statico per 35 minuti
Servire la sbriciolata di patate tiepida
