Pizza Night! Three 10″ pizzas with some un-pictured overcooked garlic knots. First time trying the knots and they did not come out great…any pointers?

A good way to do garlic knots is make a butter/garlic (can include olive oil & herbs too), then brush some on a room temp cast iron pan. Then put your tied garlic knots in the cast iron pan and brush them with your butter/garlic. The cast iron takes longer to heat up so stops over cooking of the knot bottoms. Just take them off immediately after removing them from the oven to stop the cooking from the residual heat from the cast iron.

Definitely not traditional but a place I used to go that had some of the best garlic knots actually…… deep fried them.

For your method did the tops come out over done, the bottoms, or were they just raw on the inside? Do you have pictures of them?

You don’t come on here, post three delicious looking pizzas. Say you made garlic knots, mention they sucked and asked how to make them better and not post a picture of them. A picture of them would go so very far for people who would actually want to help you with this issue.
