Had some leftover Cubano ingredients so decided to put it on a Neapolitan dough ball I had spare. Did a mix of butter and mustard for the base, Swiss cheese, mozz, pulled mojo pork, French ham, pickles and a citrus garlic drizzle.

    Wow, Cubano Pizza sounds like a delicious fusion! I’m curious about the flavors – does it have the signature Cuban sandwich ingredients like roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, mustard, and pickles? Or are there other Cuban-inspired toppings on it? Either way, it sounds like a mouthwatering combination!

    Damn I’ve been thinking this exact setup but never tried (except mixing the mustard with ricotta). Looks amazing.
