For the mole I used a Doña Maria mole negro as a base and added blended roasted walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, cinnamon stick, allspice, clove, cumin seeds, oregano, black peppecorn, garlic, and guajillo/ancho chilis. Epazote and hoja santa were added unroasted along with veggie broth and 2 Tala super dark chocolate pucks
