After years of making crappy pizzas I finally found a great recipe and bought a cheap pizza oven (I’m travelling so didn’t want to spend something I can’t take with me when I leave).
It’s a stuffed crust margarita with fresh basil and some green chillies. It’s cooked to (my) perfection and was one of the best pizzas I’ve had (and I eat pizza A LOT)
