Yesterday me and my wine club was at a wine bar in our town. We tried a lot of wine but this Brunello Di Montalcino from Gaja stoled the headline.
A wine that had layers on layers.
On the nose was a sauna, oak and cherry.
Notes of vanilla, cherry and smoke.
Great wine!

Interesting, had this exact bottle last year in a blind tasting, was extremely disappointing, no expression whatsoever, might have been just a bad bottle…
