Falafel is a popular Middle Eastern “fast food” made of a mixture of chickpeas (or fava beans), fresh herbs, and spices that are formed into a small patties or balls.

Ingredients:
1 Cup soaked chickpeas: AVOID using canned chickpeas!
Handful of Fresh herbs: fresh parsley and cilantro
1 Onion
4-6 cloves of garlic
1/2 tbs salt
1 tbs cumin powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbs cayenne pepper

Garlic sauce:
1 tbs Minced garlic
1 tbs Olive oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup of blended yogurt
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper

let’s make falafel all you need is some chickpeas soak them in the water for a couple of hours put it in the grinder with some onions garlic ginger chili cilantro salt cumin and bread crumbs mix it all well put it in the fridge for about 1 hour take it out shape it into balls I just used a air fryer to cook these with no oil once they’re done they should look something like this enjoy
