Seed packet is for blue dwarf curled kale. The stuff is not curled at all amd it is incredibly spiky. Is this kale? Rapeseed? Mustard? I am so confused.

It’s definitely a brassica. Let it grow a bit, it might just be a different variety of kale but looking at it now I’d guess rapeseed.

It’s kale. Early leaves are flatter.
You might have Siberian kale there.

Collards?
Maybe broccoli since the leaves are a little spiny
Did you try identifying the plant using the picture this app? If so what did it it say? If not, try it and tell us what results you get.
Maybe a mustard or horseradish? Those can be a bit spiny
Collard greens
Looks like kale!
Kale, volunteer from prior season. The juice is good for getting the bugs off your windshield, or eat the leaves raw to live longer.
Broccoli or cauliflower? Iceberg lettuce?
Goes great on soup, also wrap a Bratwurst sausage with it and boil them on some nice tomato sauce and eat with white rice. Good stuff
Siberian kale maybe
Russian kale
Looks like collards to me
