I haven’t posted here in a while as I kind of lost track of things. Feeling re-inspired so I thought I’d share some of what I’m cooking this week. I also have coffee and snacks/treats totaling at around 1400-1600 for each day.

Breakfast is Kodiak pancakes with birch bender syrup, Greek yogurt, strawberries and turkey sausage.

Lunch is Cajun chicken tenders, Greek yogurt mashed potatoes, green beans and gravy.

Dinner is tofu, rice, and broccoli. The original recipe I imported into MFP is here/ but tbh I’ve made quite a few changes.
