Puttanesca sauce made with canned tomatoes, anchois, kalamata olives, capers and fresh herbs. To serve with spaghetti pasta or crispy toasts.
Ingredients:
3 medium-sized cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
45 g anchois
small bunch of basil
400 g canned tomatoes
small bunch of parsley
70 g kalamata olives
2 tablespoons of capers
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of freshly-ground black pepper
To serve:
spaghetti pasta
