Edit: why am I getting downvoted? Region plays a big part in identification; if OP is in the right climate/area, I’ll lean to it being a *Cryptolaemus montrouzieri* nymph.

Mealybug. Hard to get rid of. Spot treat with 70% isopropyl alcohol and spray with insecticidal soap.
