My goal is to eat a bowl of oatmeal everyday for the month of May .

Yesterday was oatmeal for breakfast
Smothered turkey wings with rice and broccoli for dinner
Dessert was an apple pie (my last mini pie until June)

8 pounds in 10 weeks not bad I’m happy with it been dealing with some crazy bloating so I’m taking magnesium

I’m also starting a martial art class
