A recent WineBid tasting event I attended – part 1

1993 Mugneret Gibourg Echezeaux – funky, medium to light bodied. Showing some decent fruit with resolved tannins.

2012 Clos Rougeard Saumur – funky, cherry, light red berries, medium acidity, absolutely lovely.

2014 Lafleur – A lovely wine with medium/plus tannins, beautiful red fruit, spices and a nice texture. Really enjoyed this wine.
