welcome to part one of my Lebanese inspired brunch where I’m sharing two super easy recipes because spring season is my favorite time of the year to host brunches with the weather being perfect and the birds chirping outside today we’re making this creamy roasted red pepper dip called mamura is quite foolproof as you roughly chop and roast the veggies in your casor air fryer then blend until smooth with a few additional Mediterranean spices like a toasted cumin tomato paste and walnuts I find that honey as the Perfect Touch of sweetness but it’s more traditional to use pomegranate molasses the dip is perfect on its own but of course you know we’re aiming for presentation this Brunch season so I love to top with olive oil pomegranates parsley and more crushed walnuts and check back tomorrow for these honey Sesame bagels are the perfect pairing with this STP
