Great stuff, my last pick up was legit almost identical haha. I just tried those char grilled sardines and it was amazing. Definitely emulsify the tin liquid if you can. I really enjoyed the Oillympic sardines with confit onions, tasted great and a TON of extra onions. Ended up adding the extra to a burger.
