First try on making it and ate it straight from the mixer hence the bubbly soup hahaa (I put ice after taking the pic)

Soybean soup
about 1 and 1/2 cup (250g) filtered water
1/2 block (150g) tofu
about 1 tbsp (23g) peanut butter
about 2 and 1/2 tbsp (15g) whole sesame seeds
about 1 tbsp (10g) light brown sugar
1/3 tbsp (4g) fine salt
Kongguksu
100g thin noodles
10g sliced cucumber
1/2 cherry tomato
all of the soybean soup
some cubed ice

    Did you use silken tofu or soft tofu?

    Does this soup ever have other seasoning, or always plain (sugar/salt)?
