  1. This breakfast will keep me full so my lunch can be small and eaten later in the day!

    Both pieces are toasted Ezekiel bread, avocado, everything bagel seasoning and pumpkin seeds. One side has crumbled feta cheese and the other has chipotle hot sauce.
