Garlic Butter Herb Salmon Protein Bowl

Not every meal needs to be a huge feast worthy of an instagram picture, it just needs to sustain you with the protein you need to feel full and satisfied till the next meal. That doesnt mean it doesnt have to taste good though. This came together super fast. You could use any protein, hamburger patty, salmon fillet, chicken breast. You could switch up the herbs. There really is no rules and that is why it appeals to me.

3 salmon patties or fillets
Chili lime seasoning
3 TB Butter softened
1 TB minced garlic
1 TB tarragon
Serve over rice, cauli rice, protein pasta, zoodles or as is (my preference)
Garnish with avocado, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach with a Cilantro crema

Cilantro Crema
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 TB Lemon
1 TB lime juice
Massive handful of cilantro
(tarragon would be delish)
Salt and pepper
1 TB jar garlic

I always want to cook I’m just like everybody else and tonight is one of those nights so we’re going to have some salmon Bowl protein rich I already have rice going for the carbies in our family and this is so easy I’m going to season up these salmon these are Burgers not even fillets going to season them up get them into the skillet and on the other side we’re going to pack on some flavor and get them into some bowls my can is smoking hot and when it’s time to turn them we’re going to put this butter on top look at that back on
