I live in a city with a chain of donut shops that make incredible, 100 layer croissant donuts. After doing some research, I found Dominique Ansel’s original recipe and method for this trademarked baked good. This is my first attempt at cronuts (and donuts, in general). The recipe for the main dough and process is linked below, and I’ll also link the recipes for the vanilla buttercream filling and chocolate ganache. Happy baking!
