That looks bomb how do you serve it? Do you just have really really good bologna sandwiches or do you carve up thick slices like a roast or something

I hear tell that once smoked like this, it no longer tastes like Bologna. Is this true?

Love it. I also like to take about half a loaf of it and cut it up like a blooming onion, then smoke about like this. At the end, though, add some cheese and pickled jalapenos for the flavor bomb.
