For two servings I adjusted it to;
– 250g salmon
– 0.25 cup lime juice
– 1/4 onion or 45g
– 70g tomato
– Cilantro to taste

Macros per serving;
206 calories, 5g net carbs, 22g protein, 11g fat

Remove the salmon skin then cut everything into bite sized pieces. Then soak in the lime juice for up to 4 hours. I used sashimi grade salmon so I only soaked it for an hour.

I ate it with pork rinds but I’m sure any crispy salty Keto chip type thing would work. I fried up the salmon skin in some olive oil to try and use as a chip which worked but once they shrivel up you don’t get much chip.
