Double olive cheeseburger

  1. A burger joint near me used to do a burger with olive tapenade on it that made me fall in love with the idea. Olives provide a tangy but meaty addition to the burger. For this, I grilled two quarter pound patties and slightly smashed them. They got Meat Church Holy Cow seasoning and American cheese.

    The buns went on the grill as well and then the top bun got a mixture of olive tapenade and kewpie mayo. Some shredded lettuce for crunch. Fries, burger sauce and IPA on the side. Kitty cat in the back ready to receive her tribute – which she did.

    olive tamponade sounds really interesting….but i cant hear you over the sound of those fries and special sauce!!!
