Fired up a prime rib tonight for me pops 65th birthday. Obviously reverse seared this bad boy. Cooked to perfection. Could’ve used a jus but ya boy was lazy. Either way it was money!

Recipe:
Salt 12-24hours before and leave in fridge.
Remove from fridge 2 hours before cooking.
Add pepper and garlic powder once rib comes to room temp.
Cook indirectly on KJ at 275° F.
Remove from KJ when internal temp reaches 115° F and crank the KJ heat up!
Sear 30 seconds each side and baste with butter and garlic (Real pimps use a rosemary and thyme brush).
Remove, slice, devour!
