    Get a pizza stone and a pizza peel. You will get a more uniform cook on the crust using a stone without loosing that grill/smokey flavor. Also if you use a rising crust pizza (don’t get me wrong Red Baron is my usual go to pizza) you will be surprised by it. It gets a nice crispy outside layer like a thin crust but still has that chewiness of a thick crust
