Walmart brand hashbrown patty, 1/2 a large onion, one small yellow squash, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, and 1tsp veggie oil. When I paired it with my oikos yogurt as a sweet treat it came up to 420 calories and 30g protein. YUM. Excuse kids bowl and silverware. I just prefer it that way 🤓
