today I’m going to make a bacon egg and cheese Bodega style and not just any Bodega style we’re going to do two different ways now in part two we’re making a bacon egg and cheese Bodega style the New Jersey version we’re going to do we have bacon egg and cheese and of course we got our Kaiser rolls we’ll slice up our Kaisers first I’ll fry up some bacon I’m going to make it extra crispy I’ll toast the Kaisers up in a little bit of butter and now we’ll cook some eggs most bodegas in New Jersey will just crack an egg onto a grill they let it fry up and then they take the spatula and they just kind of mess the yolk up I don’t know why they do this we’ll add a little salt and pepper we’ll give it a flip and then apply the slice of American cheese once the cheese kind of starts to mend into the egg that’s when it’s ready to get pulled place the egg on the Kaiser stack as much bacon as you possibly can on top of that these sandwiches are very simple check out part one in case you missed it to see the New York version what’re going to do
