Ironically,I just made a similar recipe. Absolutely amazing ice cream. I made vanilla gelato, blended a red velvet cake and then mixed in extra vanilla cream cheese

Ice cream recipe in pictures. I’ve made this in the past but didn’t share the recipe. I really liked the texture that it came out to be. Added [red velvet cake](https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/red-velvet-layer-cake-with-cream-cheese-frosting/) pieces pre frozen and white chocolate chips.
