Yum! I finally got around to this after someone’s recommendation from another thread (can’t remember which one, but TY!). The brownies have semi-soft density and little chocolate crisps that are almost like espresso beans when bitten. The coffee ice cream is true to the coffee flavor that is evenly bitter and sweet.
Side note, the caffeine content might be minimal based on my experience. I had this about 2 hours before bed and was still able to fall asleep. I’m usually sensitive to caffeine (ie. maybe 1/2 cup of brewed coffee a day and can’t fall asleep if I have any caffeine past 6pm), so this is a welcome discovery!
