This obviously seems like a good price but is this good quality?

  1. 3.99 a lb choice at costco, 4.29 a lb prime.

That certainly looks like a great deal to me.

Good price, typically briskets are about $4 per lb in my area. in terms of quality, the best brisket I ever made was Select grade. IMO the difference between select, choice and prime in briskets isnt too much that good cooking technique can’t fix. I’ve never spent the money on a high end Wagyu brisket to confirm but if someone wants to send me one i’d be willing to put my theory to the test.

$2.99 a lb is a good price for pretty much anything anymore

I just paid $53 for a choice 10 lb. flat so that looks great to me.

Yea, I would buy them all, lol. Usually dont see below 4$ a lb

For 2.99 a pound, you could grind it into burger and still be ahead.

    I got a prime for 2.99/lb today at Sam’s

2.99 for choice is pretty average. But WTF that original price?

Hell you can even just grind It into burger at the end of the day. Honestly I’d buy them all. Freeze them. When you trim turn the fat into tallow.

    That’s a solid find

Just picked up one of the last ones at my Kroger a bit ago for that price.

Bought one from Kroger last weekend. It was great

$3/lg is good. And since it’s vac packed should last beyond that days if sealed. Ask the person at the meat counter.

I’d buy two with no current plans to use.
