This is so simple, so yummy, and you can make it to be different every single time! Hence it’s my absolute favourite lol. Just have your pick of fruits and protein flavour, and you’re good to go.

Recipe:
Take 2 weetabix, crush them in a little bowl/container, pour 50ml of milk on it, mix and squish it down like a base for a cheesecake. Put your preferred fruits on top.
In a separate bowl, mix 100g of fat free Greek yogurt and 1 serving of protein powder (I use Gold Standard Whey as it mixes well with the yogurt). Pour the mixture on top of your fruits and that’s it! Refrigerate.
Keeps well in the fridge for up to 4-5 days, never actually went longer than that coz it disappears quickly, too yummy haha.

PS: my containers are 10×15 cm (or 4×6 inches). Also my favourite combination is banana and chocolate protein, blueberries and banana protein, strawberries and vanilla protein, however i ran out of vanilla so used chocolate protein today for it. Combinations are endless!
