I have been messing up chicken breast for the entirety of my 32 years on this earth. Finally I have learned to butterfly 🦋 and cook em quick. I used to just be a knob and look at the temps on the thick side of the cut. Guys and gals, butterfly those breast! I grilled them at 400 for about 7 min each side… the wife finally loved chicken. love you guys and am up for the criticism.
