Met tim at a few private events in the past and somehow didn‘t expect much. But damn was I wrong.
So many fine, layered flavors, asia-inspired and well thought out menu. It never got boring.
My highlight was the main: Veal. Crispy on the outside but so smooth and tender when cutting it. Dining in the private room under the restaurant was clearly an experience. Perfect service. Tim and his ex-wife explained some of the courses. Also they serve a full vegan menu – and it was delicious! (Didn‘t take a picture of the last dessert 🙁 )
