Basically you make a broth with lemon peel, water, lemon juice and I chose to use a shallot instead of half an onion.
The classic risotto preparation is then done (including sautéing at the beginning, a little bit of white/sparkling wine and butter at the end) and then served with some decorations.
In half an hour everything is done and it is spectacular.
