Admittedly froze and reheated in the oven, this pic is when they were frozen. They were all hovered down before I could take a thawed out picture. Pit Boss Pro Series 4 v2. Kirkland Signature (Costco) Oak, Maple, Hickory, Cherry Pellets, 2 x 12 inch smoke tubes. Smoked at 250F, unwrapped the whole cook. Smoked until probe tender around 200F internal. Rub I believe was either Franklin S&P + Franklin Lawry's or it was Goldees AP rub. I remember that it WASN'T their specific brisket rub.
