Just regular store bought Minh egg rolls cooked in the oven, and some spicy sauce (Chick-fil-A Polynesian sauce+huy fong garlic red pepper sauce+tabasco scorpion for heat) fucking delish. Anyone have any suggestions for a good mix to go with egg rolls?

    Yellowbird Serrano, Yellowbird Sriracha, Marie Sharp’s Sweet Habenero dipping sauce, Melinda’s Thai Sweet Chili. I usually use those for the Minh Chicken egg rolls, that Sams Club used to carry.

  3. I’m a big fan of sweet and sour and adding a touch of hot mustard. I get the dry Colman’s mustard powder (I figured out that it’s literally just mustard powder and water) and then I have several other sauces on the side like Tiger sauce, “grandma” chili oil (fly by jing works too), torchbearer plum reaper, seed ranch hotter Thai green etc
