I don’t have the mens rea to convict based on the picture alone. If whoever made this viewed the pizza as a chik fil a delivery platform rather than a pizza I can almost make a strong case for some kind of general culinary malpractice. It’s hard to determine if this is a criminal or civil matter. I’d also be willing to accept this was made as a joke and no taste buds were harmed because only the fries, pickles, and nuggets were intended to be consumed. However, I could also forgive consumption of pizza if all Chik Fil A had been eaten and OP wandered back into the kitchen a few hours later feeling snacky and it’s clear consumption of the pizza was not premeditated.
