   No, but in Netherlands we have a popular snackbar item called a Bamihap/Bamischijf, which is basically a deepfried batter filled with Indonesian style spaghetti:

   At least the Stromboli looks like the bread around it has been normally baked, which would make it less greasy

    In Montréal we have pizzaghetti. Full bolognese spaghetti spread on a pizza (under the cheese). A thing of beauty!
