Here is what I prepped for the week.
Breakfast burritos
Egg protein bites
BBQ chicken thighs bowls with rice and beans
Roast beef and yorkshire puddings
I will add cut up vegetables and most likely potatoes as a starch for dinner.

    Oooh, I make those eggs cups too! I found that bell peppers add some liquid so I load mine up with broccoli instead. So good and they last for days in the fridge!
